Tour Policies
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation: Cancel up to 7 days before your tour for a full refund.
50% refund: Cancellations 3-7 days before the tour date.
No refund: Cancellations less than 72 hours before the tour.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your tour at no cost up to 7 days before the date.
Payment & Booking
Deposit: 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Balance due 7 days before the tour.
Accepted: Bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
Confirmation: You'll receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours of payment.
Weather & Logistics
Rain or shine: Tours run in all weather. Bring weather-appropriate clothing.
Physical demands: Tours involve 5-7 km of walking daily. Let us know if you have mobility concerns.
Pace: All walks are customized to your group's pace and interests.
